Licensed in California and Florida.  Our process is simple.  Use the Apply Now button below to start the process of finding your next mortgage.  The application and all the information you provide are directly connected to our secure loan processing software.  We offer the ability to securely upload all documents through our encrypted internal service.  After we receive a full application, we can search for the best rate for your scenario and send you a detailed overview of your loan scenario.  Once your scenario has been issued, your loan can be submitted to a lender.  This process usually takes around thirty minutes to complete.  

We submit your loan directly to the lender.  The lender staff will review all documents and when we have a complete package to send them, we usually get a full underwriting approval within 48 hours or less.  Often, we get approvals in 24 hours.  We handle all aspects of the loan process.  Our processing staff is always available to answer any questions you may have along the way.
